«Card to card» balance transfer

  1. Necessary conditions for balance transfers:
    1. both cards need to be on the same domain;
    2. in case of balance transfer to the card with other than sending card currency, the money will be converted at the Bank of Latvia rate, at the time of the transaction.
  2. To transfer the balance (or part of it), please dial *146*89*371хххххххх*ХХХ# (where 371хххххххх – the number of card, that receives the balance; XXX – the sum you want to transfer.), than press the "Call" button.
  3. Examples of amounts of the transfer:
    *amount should not include characters "." and ","
    1. amount of 0.01 = 001
    2. amount of 1 = 100
    3. amount of 1.01 = 101

If transfer is successful, on the mobile screen of your phone will appear a message that the transfer is completed.

Note! The subscriber that "receive" the balance will not receive any message about balance changes. The subscriber will need to check the balance in SIM Menu or by using the code 099 (* 146 * 099 #).

All the transactions made (debit and credit) will be displayed at the Web Interface – Personal Account: Card transactions
